My name is Luan Tolosa and I am a growth and operations leader with 15+ years of experience spanning corporate strategy, operations, business development, and revenue growth across various high-impact industries including early stage venture, management consulting, and commercial real estate. I am passionate about using my technical knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, and corporate background to empower mission-driven organizations. 

My expertise lies in being a highly adaptable expert generalist; having the ability to connect the dots that enable clarity of vision, translate strategy into execution, and build high-performing teams that drive measurable results. I can ebb and flow between visionary and integrator; being able to see the big vision while not being afraid to be the doer.
