In a world full of tools and templates, progress still depends on people.

I help leaders translate plans into action through people-centered leadership and execution.

Who Am I

I am a growth and operations leader with over 15 years of experience spanning corporate strategy, operations, business development, and revenue growth. My career has crossed high-impact environments including early-stage ventures, management consulting, and commercial real estate.

I bring a rare blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, and corporate experience, and I am deeply motivated by helping mission-driven organizations grow, scale, and create meaningful, lasting impact.

How I Work

At my core, I am a highly adaptable expert generalist who excels at connecting the dots between vision, strategy, and execution. I translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable results. Comfortable moving between visionary thinking and hands-on execution, I can see the big picture while rolling up my sleeves to get the work done—bridging gaps that often stall fast-moving organizations.

    • Built and scaled organizations at critical inflection points — from founding teams (0→1), venture-stage (1→10), and scale-up (11→50+) — designing structure, systems, and leadership rhythm to scale sustainably.

    • Turned strategy into execution — leading revenue growth, GTM activation, financial modeling, operational restructuring, change management, and cross-functional alignment.

    • Scaled multi-stakeholder programs across Canada and globally, partnering with corporates, governments, foundations, and ecosystem builders — including launching the first Women’s Accelerator in Albania.

    • Designed and executed revenue growth strategies, building the operations, governance, and playbooks needed for sustainable performance and impact.

    • Led strategic initiatives that brought strategy to life, including GTM builds, M&A integration, tech adoption, financial planning, and people resourcing.

    • Facilitated strategic planning and alignment for leadership teams, boards, nonprofits, and scale-ups, translating vision into clarity, ownership, and measurable results.

    • Successfully led two corporate restructures and turnarounds, alongside the acquisition and full integration of a $1.5M organization — all within 12 months.

    • Founder to Exit — built and launched a company (SEWT) from MBA capstone to real venture, revenue, and successful acquisition.

    • Active in governance and “Eyes On, Fingers Out” leadership, with board, advisory, and philanthropic experience across business, social impact, and community sectors.
